Comprehensive Eye Examination

Comprehensive eye examinations include the assessment of your vision, refractive, binocular, and eye health status and screening for Glaucoma, Cataracts, and Macular Degeneration. Our examinations are followed by a thorough explanation of your visual or ocular needs.

Contact Lens Services

The availability and the quality of Contact lenses have improved markedly over the last few years. What was considered a pair of specialty custom made contact lenses in the past is readily available in disposable modality now. We routinely fit contact lenses for correcting astigmatism and presbyopia.

Frame Styling and dispensing glasses

We carry a wide range of frames and lenses for your daily needs, as well as for special occasions. We also carry children’s frames for many age groups. Frames have become part of the fashion industry. We have several designers’ collections in our office. We work closely with our patients to select their eyewear.

Diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases

We are the primary eye care doctors who routinely diagnose and manage eye disease and refer you to the appropriate specialists when needed. Our services include management of eye infections, foreign body removal, ocular injuries, dry eye syndrome, red eye, and ocular allergies.

Infant and Children Eye Examination

We have the experience and the tools for examining babies as young as 6 months old. Eye exams for children are extremely important, because 5 to 10 percent of preschoolers and 25 percent of school-aged children have vision problems. According to the American Optometric Association, infants should have their first eye exam at 6 months. Children should have additional eye exams at age 3, and just before they enter the first grade at about age 5 or 6.

Laser Vision Correction Co-management

We consider Laser Vision Correction as one of the viable means of correcting your vision, and we provide consultations, pre-op and post-op care to our patients. Not everyone is a candidate for this remarkable procedure. Our knowledge of the available laser treatments, our close relationship with some of the best surgeons in the Bay Area, and our thorough assessment of your eyes will help evaluate if this procedure is an option for you.
